Shimano Deore XT M8100 rear derailleur, 12s

Moves this part to another category. It keeps its id, so every BOM line, ledger row, order and listing follows it; only the number changes: a fresh stock number in the new category, the version kept. The old number is written into the notes, so it still finds the part in search.

Now 200-000001-00. The new number is allocated when you save.
